Thank you for ordering from us! If you have just submitted your order, please hang tight. We are a two person team so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

If your order contains made-to-order items, the production time will be listed on the item's page, and your entire order will be fulfilled when the made-to-order items are completed (standard processing times still apply). Digital downloads are handled safely through the online store.

If for any reason you need to contact us about your order, you can contact us using the form below and we will get back to you as soon as time permits.

Costume Quotes

All custom full costume quotes are exclusively through Patreon.

Due to overwhelming demand for our extremely limited availability, all custom work is handled through Patreon. This includes full costumes, custom base sculpts, and all other parts not available through our shop. Patrons of any tier are eligible to apply for custom slots when available, and we have found that both artist and customer satisfaction is improved when custom work clients have a front row seat to our operations and know what to expect during their projects.

Additionally, due to fluctuations in materials costs and availability and the extreme level of customization we offer, we do not have a “price list”, nor do we offer quotes ahead of our openings. Quotes for custom work are only valid for the slot(s) available that round, and take a minimum of an hour to generate, so they will not be issued in advance.

Occasionally there may be opportunities to get a custom work slot via auction. These will be rare, and will be announced on all platforms. To receive notifications of these opportunities, along with other important shop updates, you can subscribe to our mailing list. Of course, Patreon sees everything first still, so that's the best way to keep informed!

Tutorial and Build Advice

Free tips, guidance, and advice from Aurora, our Anatomical Aestheticist and author of “How to Make Realistic Fursuits” is available every Tuesday through our Twitter account. Just ask @FoxfireFantasy and use the hashtag [something unique] and Aurora will respond to your questions on Tuesdays as time permits.

For more in depth and faster response times, you can join the “Creator’s Circle” tier on our Patreon. This is a direct channel for Aurora to share their many years of experience and anatomy study to help you build your own costume with personalized expert guidance. It's like a mini mentoring program!
