Shipping to the USA
Shipping is done by our artists, not a dedicated shipping department, so please allow us 3-5 business days to get your order processed and shipped from the date of purchase. We ship USPS priority for all orders from the shop. For items that are over $50 in value, insurance will be mandatory and included in the shipping costs. If you have any issues with your package, please retain all packaging materials and contact us so we can initiate the insurance claim process with USPS.
If you have a made-to-order item in your order, your order will be fulfilled when the made-to-order item(s) is completed. The item page will have the production time listed for each made-to-order item, so refer to this when placing the order. The 3-5 business day processing time still applies to orders with made-to-order items.
Shipping Out of the USA
International shipping is expensive, and the artists can do nothing to change that fact! We try to select the most economical shipping options available, and keep the boxes as small as possible. Under no circumstances will we mark your package as a gift, and if you ask us to, we will cancel your order. We ship internationally via USPS to reduce brokerage fees as much as possible, but to ensure that the insurance will be honored in the case of any issues that may occur during shipping, we must put the full value of your order on the customs forms. High-value orders may need to be fulfilled in multiple boxes due to insurance purposes. Customs/VAT/import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to accept delivery or pay your customs charges will be treated as an abandonment of your order and not eligible for any refund.
